Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday seasons), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing
United States
- Standard International: 7-14 business days after processing
- Expedited International: 5-10 business days after processing
International
- Standard International: 10-30 business days after processing
- Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause additional delays.
Product Origin Variations
- Important: Actual shipping times may vary depending on the location of the print facility fulfilling your order.
- Products manufactured in facilities located farther from your delivery address may require additional transit time.
- Some products may ship from the United States, Europe, or other international locations, which can extend delivery timeframes by 3-10 additional business days.
- During checkout, we will provide estimated delivery dates based on your specific items and delivery location whenever possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Weight and dimensions of the products
- Selected shipping method
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
- A package is considered lost if it hasn't arrived 15 business days after the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments, or 30 business days for international shipments.
- Please contact our customer service team if you believe your package is lost.
Wrong Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule redelivery or where to pick up your package.
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur a restocking fee and additional shipping charges for reshipment.
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country of residence.
- These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or local customs office.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Restrictions
- Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations where our products cannot be legally shipped.
Print-on-Demand Products
- As we use Printify and Printful for our products, items are produced on-demand after you place your order.
- This may add 1-3 business days to the processing time.
- Products may ship from different locations depending on the print provider assigned to fulfill your order.
Shipping Insurance
- All packages are shipped with basic insurance covering loss or damage during transit.
