Fuzz Bomb Collages Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Fuzz Bomb Collages, we create unique, made-to-order custom collage products. Each item is individually produced when ordered, which means all products are custom-made specifically for you.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Defective Products Policy

If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer:

• A free replacement (reprint)
• A full refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 20 days of product delivery with:

• A clear photo showing the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem

For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.

Exceptions

Fuzz Bomb Collages will not be responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

• Customer ordered the wrong size or color
• Customer changed their mind about the design
• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" variance is considered normal for direct-to-garment printed products)

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose:

• A reprint with an additional charge for shipping
• A partial refund

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

If your selected currency is not United States Dollar (USD), please note that the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source according to the current exchange rate.
